Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to shape its financial trajectory through planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting, collaborating with the Head of Strategic Finance
• Own budget-vs-actuals updates, identifying variances and providing insights for decision-makers
• Develop board-ready materials and financial narratives for executive reviews and company meetings

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a high-growth tech company
• Expert-level skills in Excel and Google Sheets modeling
• Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes proactively
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred; MBA is a plus
