Finance Systems Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Finance Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of finance BSAs to build and maintain Finance systems and automations
• Establish a technology roadmap and architect key system components for Finance
• Enhance IT customer satisfaction and support strategy through process optimization and automation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance systems, with 2+ years in a management role
• Deep experience with common Finance systems and integrations such as Coupa and IBM TM1
• Experience with ERP finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets
• Capability to transition between technical and executive-level discussions
• Experience managing a remote workforce and applying AI/ML in finance workflows
