FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts, leading monthly budget vs actual variance analysis
• Analyze credit performance and servicing costs, translating trends into pricing and capital allocation recommendations
• Produce monthly financial packages and KPI dashboards for management and investors

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A, investment banking, or structured finance analytics
• Deep modeling skills and familiarity with loan level cash flow waterfalls and CECL/ALLL concepts
• Proven track record in managing budgets and forecasts end to end
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
• Experience in selecting or administering FP&A/BI systems
