Fund Formation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fund Formation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex fund formation launches and translate legal terms into scalable workflows
• Design Legal Success Program playbooks and establish internal standards for law firm partners
• Own law firm relationships and coordinate demos to enhance engagement with the platform

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' direct fund formation experience as an attorney, legal associate, or senior paralegal
• Working knowledge of venture, private equity, or hedge fund structures and relevant securities regulations
• Executive presence for running QBRs with Managing Partners and C-Suite executives
• Experience implementing SaaS or fintech solutions is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic signature, KYC/AML, and capital call processes is advantageous
