Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project-Based Customer Service - FEMA Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from individuals seeking information and assistance related to disaster relief programs and FEMA policies
  • Provide guidance and support by explaining FEMA programs, eligibility criteria, and available resources
  • Record detailed notes of each call for accurate documentation and adherence to FEMA's policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Minimum of 6 months to over a year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Moderate computer skills, including the use of MS Office applications
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
