Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project-Based Customer Service - FEMA Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from individuals seeking information and assistance related to disaster relief programs and FEMA policies
- Provide guidance and support by explaining FEMA programs, eligibility criteria, and available resources
- Record detailed notes of each call for accurate documentation and adherence to FEMA's policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Minimum of 6 months to over a year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Moderate computer skills, including the use of MS Office applications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
