Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers on performance, team development, and employee relations
- Contribute to performance management cycles and employee engagement strategies
- Manage core employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with German labor regulations
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in HR/People roles, preferably in international and fast-paced environments
- Deep familiarity with German labor law, including maternity leave and employment contracts
- Experience with HR platforms, particularly Personio
- Empathy and adaptability in dynamic situations
- Proficiency in English and communicative German, especially related to labor law
