Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for managers on performance, team development, and employee relations
• Contribute to performance management cycles and employee engagement strategies
• Manage core employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with German labor regulations

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in HR/People roles, preferably in international and fast-paced environments
• Deep familiarity with German labor law, including maternity leave and employment contracts
• Experience with HR platforms, particularly Personio
• Empathy and adaptability in dynamic situations
• Proficiency in English and communicative German, especially related to labor law
