Key Responsibilities
- Leads the strategic development and governance of Medical Omnichannel capabilities and services
- Creates and executes a comprehensive omnichannel engagement strategy integrating digital and traditional channels
- Oversees compliance with global medical requirements and manages the global medical omnichannel data strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Seven-plus years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Omnichannel development
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence across a cross-functional organization
- Strong project and process management skills
- Experience in change management and customer-facing initiatives
