Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the procurement function, including team management, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Manage the procurement budget and vendor relationships, resolving disputes as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
- C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required
- Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential
- Strong organizational and advanced mathematical skills required
