A company is looking for a Global Transparency Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and operational management for the global transparency program
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency
• Monitor and manage reporting requirements and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or an Associate's degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in Healthcare Compliance and/or Business
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience leading teams, programs, and projects
• Thorough knowledge of global transparency requirements and healthcare compliance laws
• Experience with transparency reporting/CMS Open Payments systems
• Strong program management experience in the life sciences/biopharmaceutical industry
