Key Responsibilities
- Scale TikTok Shop creator commerce to exceed revenue targets and drive measurable growth
- Build and lead a highly engaged creator community that consistently delivers high-performance content
- Manage the creation, delivery, and optimisation of a large number of videos in partnership with creators
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience building strong creator or customer communities that drive tangible results
- Track record of driving measurable sales through creative content
- Strong analytical instincts with fluency in paid performance metrics and content data
- Strategic and creative thinker capable of testing, iterating, and optimising content for revenue growth
- Must be based in the US with full working rights; speaking Spanish is a plus
