  • Meet performance targets in call handling, quality, and adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center, with 1 year in healthcare
  • Proficient in navigating dual monitors and multiple applications
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM with data entry capabilities
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications
