Key Responsibilities
- Handle 60-65 inbound calls daily from patients and providers regarding healthcare services
- Assist customers with initiating healthcare services and answering inquiries using multiple applications
- Meet performance targets in call handling, quality, and adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center, with 1 year in healthcare
- Proficient in navigating dual monitors and multiple applications
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with data entry capabilities
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications
