HIH Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, HIH Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships and address escalations related to performance or project delivery
• Run and analyze reports to monitor project performance and manage inventory levels
• Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare or risk adjustment
• Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and reporting software
• Knowledge of HCC coding and health information systems is a plus
• PMP certification is preferred but not required
