Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to support client projects in software implementation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation workstreams from kick-off through go-live
• Facilitate client meetings to gather business requirements and understand priorities
• Configure the front-end aspects of the client's platform based on documented needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in software implementation, solution consulting, or business analysis
• Experience working with public sector or enterprise clients preferred
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS solutions and how to configure them
• Familiarity with technical tools and languages such as GraphQL, SQL, Mulesoft, or APIs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep workstreams on track
