Key Responsibilities
- Generate impactful insight-driven stories using syndicated products to address customer pain points
- Provide actionable insights and excellent customer service with a customer-centric mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams to offer feedback and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, or a similar field
- 3-5 years of experience in market research or business insights, focusing on client communication and storytelling with data
- Strong analytical skills to distill diverse data sets into cohesive stories
- Outstanding organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with G-Suite and intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
