A company is looking for an Insurance Administrator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, and negotiate pricing and coverage for products
- Communicate with customers and payers regarding patient benefits and financial responsibilities
- Meet and exceed operational and quality targets while maintaining professional relationships
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Medical Health Insurance experience required; experience with Orthofix preferred
- Strong knowledge of insurance companies and contract types (HMO, Auto, PPO, POS)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timeliness
- Some college preferred but will consider relevant experience
