Integration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Analyst responsible for designing and maintaining system-integrated scheduling pathways for appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement patient access workflows using Epic and other systems
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and users to facilitate project management and training
• Gather business requirements and conduct post-project reviews to optimize scheduling processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field; experience may substitute for degree
• Minimum one year in customer service
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience with a focus on appointment scheduling
• Preferred experience in project management
• Extensive knowledge of Epic EMR scheduling modules preferred
