IT Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Product Manager to oversee company-wide products throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and implementation of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and prioritize product features
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Workday modules

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday in a product ownership/management role
• Proven experience with Workday HCM and other core modules focused on business process optimization
• Experience with agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and best practices
• Bachelor's Degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience
