Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialist to provide support for IT departments and end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support incident response and service requests, solving end-user software and hardware issues
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of support knowledge to enhance tech efficacy
  • Collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot and escalate network and system issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communication, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of helpdesk-related experience
  • Experience in a clinical setting and/or with Healthcare Information Technology is preferred
  • Demonstrated background in computer operations and troubleshooting
  • General familiarity with various operating systems and online productivity tools
