A company is looking for an IT Specialist to provide support for IT departments and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Support incident response and service requests, solving end-user software and hardware issues
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of support knowledge to enhance tech efficacy
- Collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot and escalate network and system issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communication, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of helpdesk-related experience
- Experience in a clinical setting and/or with Healthcare Information Technology is preferred
- Demonstrated background in computer operations and troubleshooting
- General familiarity with various operating systems and online productivity tools
