Key Responsibilities
- Establish rapport and develop positive business relationships with customers and clients
- Acquire potential sales leads and their contact details from various channels
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to nurture leads and maintain a sales prospecting database
Required Qualifications and Training
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
- Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
- Familiarity with current technologies, including CRMs and VoIP
- Technical requirements include a USB headset, working webcam, and a computer with specified specifications
- Proactive attitude and tech-savvy
