Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact analytics projects to inform marketing strategy and improve business outcomes
- Design and evaluate experiments to measure campaign efficacy and guide investment decisions
- Develop business intelligence tools and dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing analytics or insurance
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred
- Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with Python or R for modeling
- Expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Power BI
- Experience with AWS Cloud-based Analytics and Data Warehousing solutions preferred
