Lead Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Subcontracts Management professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle subcontract management activities for US Government programs
• Interface with subcontractors and manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Identify and resolve complex subcontract issues and mentor junior staff on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Experience with federal subcontracting, including knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Proven negotiating skills and experience managing various subcontract types
• Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent projects effectively
