Lead User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead User Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new problems, opportunities, and desired outcomes for the team
• Design simple and elegant experiences for complex solutions while collaborating with Product and Development partners
• Create tactical and strategic deliverables that solve real user problems and achieve desired outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in user-centered design techniques and methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field
• Familiarity with design tools such as UXPin, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, or MURAL
• Expert-level understanding of design principles, including inclusive design/accessibility
• Experience working within an Agile team using SAFe
