Lead UX Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Developer to join their Enterprise UX team on a remote contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide, mentor, and empower UX team members while fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Champion the UX vision by implementing industry best practices and innovative technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback and optimize solutions throughout the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in front-end development
• Advanced skills in CSS/SCSS, HTML5, Git, JavaScript, Node.js, and React
• Experience with design systems and understanding of design principles
• Proven ability to implement new tools and processes, including AI technologies
