Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to support onboarding and internal training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to training logistics and scheduling
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update and improve training content
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in training or learning & development
  • 2+ years of experience with curriculum/training material development
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles with a focus on technical training/support
  • Experience delivering or facilitating live training sessions
  • Familiarity with using or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS)
