Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to support onboarding and internal training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks related to training logistics and scheduling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update and improve training content
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training or learning & development
- 2+ years of experience with curriculum/training material development
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles with a focus on technical training/support
- Experience delivering or facilitating live training sessions
- Familiarity with using or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS)
