Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leaves Administrator responsible for managing leave of absence requests and workplace accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate all aspects of teammate leave of absence requests and accommodations
- Monitor and track leave statuses, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Facilitate the ADA interactive process and maintain accurate, confidential records of all leave requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in leave of absence case management in a multi-state environment
- Thorough understanding of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
- Proven experience managing the ADA interactive process
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
