Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and assistance to Law Department colleagues, including reception duties
- Manage new file intake, processing mail, and ordering/downloading records
- Perform other assigned tasks to support business operations efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Strong customer service background
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a Case Management system and Document Storage system
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
