  • Manage new file intake, processing mail, and ordering/downloading records
  • Perform other assigned tasks to support business operations efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Strong customer service background
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with a Case Management system and Document Storage system
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
