Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information and assess member clinical records related to behavioral health
- Partner with various staff and departments on provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and developing educational efforts
- Implement and manage procedures for tracking operational issues and facilitate discussions to make recommendations for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health, or graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing
- 4-6 years of related experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
- Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse across the continuum of care
- Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
- Required licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, RN, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist, with state-specific licensure where applicable
