Licensed Counseling Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counselling Project Manager to lead the rollout of clinical projects across its global network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical project activities globally
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement global clinical solutions
• Create training frameworks to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Relevant clinical qualification (MA Psychology or similar) with over 5 years of corporate experience, preferably in an EAP setting
• Masters Level clinical qualification (Psychology, Counselling Social Work, or similar) and project management experience
• Management experience and international work experience are advantageous
• EAP experience is essential
