Lock Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Analyst to assist with secondary functions in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with locking loans, including extending and updating locks
• Perform data entry for various post-closing documents and purchase advices
• Review HUDs and manage escrow advances and interim servicing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
• Able to understand secondary data
• Proficient in Excel
