A company is looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative loyalty strategies to enhance customer experience
- Analyze existing loyalty programs to identify areas for growth and optimization
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in multi-channel marketing
- At least 5 years of experience managing consumer loyalty programs
- Prior supervisory experience and/or leadership training
- Experience with revenue and budget forecasts, and A/B testing methodologies
