A company is looking for a Director, Market Access Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute payer marketing and reimbursement strategies to optimize product access
- Create tailored market access materials and support pre-approval information exchange with payers
- Provide training and insights for internal teams and develop educational content on market access trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or PhD) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare focused on market access
- Product launch experience, preferably in oncology
- Deep understanding of the payer and reimbursement landscape, including Medicare and Medicaid
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
