Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator who has experience in infrastructure engineering and/or geospatial technology proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead proposals for infrastructure and geospatial pursuits, including RFP, RFQ, and SOQ responses
- Manage the full proposal process: scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating team inputs
- Write, edit, and organize content for project descriptions, resumes, and technical narratives
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience developing proposals for infrastructure engineering projects preferred
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred but not required
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
