Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Software Sales Executive to lead their sales team and exceed sales targets in the healthcare technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and oversee the end-to-end sales process using a consultative/solution selling approach
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business challenges
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in IT, preferably with software or SaaS solutions
  • Proven experience in HubSpot, particularly in setting up sales workflows
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results through collaboration
