Key Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
- Issue authorizations and handle claim inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding benefits and process customer claims
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; business-related college courses preferred
- Two years of customer service or call center experience
- Two years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry preferred
- Strong computer and technical skills for data entry
- Understanding of the health insurance industry
