A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and resolve calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
  • Issue authorizations and handle claim inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding benefits and process customer claims
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent; business-related college courses preferred
  • Two years of customer service or call center experience
  • Two years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry preferred
  • Strong computer and technical skills for data entry
  • Understanding of the health insurance industry
