Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchandising Sourcing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor sourcing strategies that meet cost, quality, and service objectives across assigned categories
• Conduct financial analyses, cost modeling, and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sourcing goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain is a plus
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain best practices
• Experience with sourcing or costing platforms such as Atelier is a plus
