Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Maintenance Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily ticket handling and respond to merchant and agent requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with partners to coordinate maintenance requests
  • Train and coach internal staff and ensure workload completion as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with software user interfaces, preferably in financial technology
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience in call center environments in the payments industry preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously in front of a computer for 90% of the shift
