A company is looking for a Merchant Maintenance Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily ticket handling and respond to merchant and agent requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with partners to coordinate maintenance requests
- Train and coach internal staff and ensure workload completion as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with software user interfaces, preferably in financial technology
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Experience in call center environments in the payments industry preferred
- Ability to work autonomously in front of a computer for 90% of the shift
