A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive new software bookings from existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary sales contact for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, developing relationships and understanding their operational needs
- Identify and close opportunities to expand existing accounts by selling new products and solutions
- Conduct strategic meetings to discuss value realization and growth opportunities while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience focused on Account Management
- Experience with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments
- Skilled in self-sourcing leads and using sales tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred, though not required
