Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business relationships with internal and external customers while resolving issues and complaints
  • Oversee performance management, salary administration, training, and staff development
  • Make timely and appropriate decisions to support corporate and personal objectives
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of property claims handling experience
  • Prior supervisory and/or management experience with remote staff
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Preferred designations include CPCU, SCLA, AIC, etc
  • Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
