Key Responsibilities
- Manage business relationships with internal and external customers while resolving issues and complaints
- Oversee performance management, salary administration, training, and staff development
- Make timely and appropriate decisions to support corporate and personal objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of property claims handling experience
- Prior supervisory and/or management experience with remote staff
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Preferred designations include CPCU, SCLA, AIC, etc
- Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
