A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician II - RX Solutions Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical and clerical duties related to pharmacy calls and member support
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, escalating issues as necessary
- Accurately enter information into systems and collaborate with other departments for member care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Three years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- One year of clinical call center experience required
- Ohio Technician Registration and Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
- Ability to acquire state registration in multiple states as needed
