Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician II - RX Solutions Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical and clerical duties related to pharmacy calls and member support
• Receive and respond to incoming calls, escalating issues as necessary
• Accurately enter information into systems and collaborate with other departments for member care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
• Three years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• One year of clinical call center experience required
• Ohio Technician Registration and Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
• Ability to acquire state registration in multiple states as needed
