Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst to provide expert support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Assist with the implementation of Oracle Payroll quarterly updates or releases
• Offer 24/7 on-call support for critical payroll issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll
• Proven ability to submit Oracle Service Requests for payroll issues
• Experience with Oracle Payroll quarterly updates or releases
• Oracle or payroll certifications are a plus
