Key Responsibilities
- Lead organization design projects, including assessments and implementation planning
- Support the development and evolution of global workforce planning processes
- Deliver HR data analytics and insights to inform workforce decisions
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in HR data and analytics
- Hands-on experience with organization design
- Exposure to strategic workforce planning
- Experience in a large, global, and complex organization is preferred
- Background in HR Business Partnering or Talent Management is a plus
