Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to patients and their families via phone, email, and online chat
- Handle inbound and outbound communications related to billing and collections
- Maintain service levels and contribute to collections operations effectively
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in the orthodontic/dental industry, specifically with insurance
- Prior experience in customer service and/or call center functions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and maintain a professional demeanor
