Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 50-75 eligible members daily to inform them about available services
• Respond to inbound inquiries and build strong relationships with members
• Assist in the enrollment process and provide telephonic support to connect members with care teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare client success or related roles
• Experience using customer management platforms like Zendesk
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer experiences
• Comfort with technology and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
