Key Responsibilities
- Oversee home-based orders and ensure timely service delivery
- Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and communicating with patients and ordering entities
- Monitor operational metrics and address patient inquiries promptly
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Experience with medical terminology is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
