Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
  • Provide services to customers involving complex information while acting as a patient advocate
  • Utilize systems to resolve customer needs and assist with daily paperwork to document patient issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to type at 40+ WPM
  • Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
