A company is looking for a Patient Support Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
- Provide services to customers involving complex information while acting as a patient advocate
- Utilize systems to resolve customer needs and assist with daily paperwork to document patient issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to type at 40+ WPM
- Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
