Payment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and electronic posting functions for patient accounts, including cash balancing and reconciliation of bank deposits
• Maintain knowledge of insurance rejection/denial processing and post information for collection and follow-up
• Reconcile bank and special accounts, including research and payment transfers or refunds

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related experience; payment posting experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Tenet systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Data entry and 10-key by touch experience
