Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to support their People Ops team by ensuring accurate and accessible people data.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the People Ops team to translate business challenges into requirements and formulate solutions
- Provide analytical and reporting support across various HR disciplines, including talent acquisition and performance management
- Develop reports and dashboards for core HR metrics and assist in managing reliable people data sources
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, or related data/tech roles
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
- Strong experience with HR system reports and workflows, preferably UKG BI
- Knowledge of connecting HR data systems and managing data flows
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker and Visier
