Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-bound and out-bound calls for medication adherence and prescription-related inquiries
- Ensure productivity standards are met while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy/medical/healthcare setting
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- 1+ years of call center experience
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
