Pharmacy Support Call Center Rep

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of contact
• Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
• Document resolution information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• HIPAA certified
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
