PLM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PLM Consultant to shape the future of digital engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery of current PLM and PDM systems and document workflows
• Analyze system performance and define functional and technical requirements for next-generation PLM/PDM systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with business goals and support change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PLM strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise integration
• Expertise with Siemens Teamcenter and understanding of Engineering Change Management
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing system migration projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications in PLM tools or enterprise architecture methodologies are a plus
